
Meeting with me
It can be difficult to seek mental health care and to find the right therapist. If you are interested in learning more about my services and whether or not they are a good fit for your needs, I invite you call or email. We will arrange for a brief, complimentary phone consultation (~15 minutes) to discuss more about what I offer.
When meeting with new clients, my primary goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed space to begin to get to know one another. In my experience, therapy works best in the context of a trusting relationship.
Our work will begin with 1-3 sessions of assessment, which is a great time for you to determine whether our partnership is the right fit for you. If we decide to work together, the course of our treatment will be determined collaboratively according to your personal goals and needs
Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes; however, longer visits can be arranged for on a case by case basis.
